Returns & Refunds Policy

General Policy

We want you to be happy with your Moss Energy purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed.

Merchandise (e.g., Apparel, Edgar's Water)

For merchandise items purchased through our Shopify store, we generally accept returns within 30 days of receipt for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at formossenergy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Beverage Products (Wellness Drinks)

Due to the perishable nature of beverage products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds on our wellness drinks unless the product arrives damaged, is defective, or if you received the wrong item.

If you experience an issue with the quality or condition of your beverage order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at formossenergy@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence if possible. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Pre-Orders

For pre-ordered items (like our Premium Wellness drinks), you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund any time before the item ships. Once a pre-ordered item has shipped, the relevant policy for that product type (beverage or merchandise) will apply.

Non-Returnable Items

• Downloadable software products (if any)
• Sale items may be marked as final sale and non-returnable.
