Processing Time
Orders for in-stock merchandise (including Edgar's Water) are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Pre-orders for our Premium Wellness drinks have an estimated delivery in 2026. We will keep you updated on the progress and specific shipping timelines as we get closer to the launch.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout by Shopify. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping for merchandise or pre-orders. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us (or Shopify) which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at formossenergy@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details.
