Important: All Moss Energy products are currently available for pre-order only, with fulfillment scheduled for 2026.

• Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase
• Estimated delivery is in 2026, subject to production schedules
• We will provide regular updates on production progress
• Pre-order customers receive a 10% discount with code EARLY10

3. Products and Pricing

• All prices are in USD and subject to change
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products
• Product descriptions and images are for reference only
• We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee error-free information

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
• You agree to provide accurate payment information
• All sales are final for pre-orders unless otherwise stated

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Free shipping on all orders within the United States
• International shipping may be available with additional fees
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy:

• Pre-orders may be cancelled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund
• After 30 days, cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee
• No cancellations accepted within 90 days of scheduled fulfillment
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

7. Edgar's Water Charitable Contribution

20% of proceeds from Edgar's Water sales are donated to vetted animal rescue organizations. This charitable contribution is non-refundable and is made quarterly to selected organizations.
